Grace Jo Speaks at National Human Rights Conference
Broken Chains founder Grace Jo delivered a keynote address at the National Human Rights Conference in Washington, D.C., drawing a standing ovation from an audience of advocates, lawmakers, and survivors.
In her address, Grace recounted her journey from North Korea — the hunger, the fear, the years of statelessness — and challenged attendees to move beyond awareness toward concrete policy action.
